NANO BATTERY TECHNOLOGY
- Specially designed for defense & aerospace application
- This hybrid type cell has incorporated the advantages of NMC and LTO cells in one cell. It is suitable for extremely volatile and dynamic operational conditions. The high power, energy and safety features allow the NANO cells to be flexibly applied in various applications.
- Extremely Safe: A thermal runaway event is significantly less likely to occur in LTO cells. LTO cells can also be re-operated after an event of an over-discharge, unlike conventional graphite based Li-Ion cells. This feature enables the user to operate the battery cells under extreme environmental and operational conditions.

Charge and discharge rates of a battery are governed by C-rates. The capacity of a battery is commonly rated at 1C, meaning that a fully charged battery rated at 1Ah should provide 1A for one hour. The same battery discharging at 0.5C should provide 500mA for two hours, and at 2C it delivers 2A for 30 minutes. Losses at fast discharges reduce the discharge time and these losses also affect charge times.
A C-rate of 1C is also known as a one-hour discharge; 0.5C or C/2 is a two-hour discharge and 0.2C or C/5 is a 5-hour discharge. Some high-performance batteries can be charged and discharged above 1C with moderate stress

Li-Ion Batteries operate optimally at 25 Deg C. Our TMS cools and heats the batteries so they can operate at their optimal temperature.
The TMS allows a vehicle to operate in any condition (Not just sunny California). This includes working in harsh environments like underground mining, construction projects at altitude or commercial trucks operating in the snowy north.

The power output of a charger influences the speed of charging. Our 25kW charger is modular and stackable. Multiple 25kW chargers can be added to a vehicle up to 150kW.
Modularity allows you to customize charge times from 1hr to as fast as 15mins.
MOBILE CHARGER (ON-BOARD CHARGER)
Mounting a charger on the vehicle eliminates the need to strategically locate a stationary station. Special charging infrastructure is therefore not needed.
The charger is largely adaptable to any machine and application. Mobile chargers Truly allow for opportunity charging anywhere.
CHARGING STATION (100KW – 500KW)
Where an application requires large and/or frequent charging it is often recommended to locate the charger at a stationary location.
Fast chargers need to be smart and typically have a non-trivial cooling requirement. Our charging stations can be equipped with a variety of plugs to suit the needs of the customer whether industrial or automotive rated.
